Steve Johnson

I was saddened today to learn of the passing of Steve Johnson, founder of my favorite restaurant: The Catfish Place.

He and his wife started the business down in St. Cloud, and their son Bob carried on the tradition by opening up the Apopka location.

I guess I'm going to have to round-up some folks and head over there for a memorial dinner.
