Planning rennovations

Trying to come up with a game plan for post-estate-sale at Elizabeth Avenue.

So, I met with Allen Fennell from Regent Interiors of Central Florida.

Nice bloke.

I say that, because he's British.

So's his wife. And, they seem to make a good team.

Anyway, he was really just getting a look at the place today, taking measurements, making sketches, etc.

By Monday, he expects to have a more formal presentation and some ballpark figures put together.

Looks like the proverbial ducks are getting in a row around here, and that's a good feeling.
