Let's hope this means some big May flowers . . .

We experienced a pretty nasty thunderstorm in this little corner of heaven tonight.
The weather gurus say Apopka got some 60 mph winds at the peak of the brouhaha.
Also, some nickel-sized hail.
All I personally experienced was a some howling wind and three loud claps of thunder.
But, not so much as one broken tree limb at the Lake Hammer chalet.
In fact, once the thunder and lightning rolled thru, we got a much-needed dousing of the turf.
And, the pitter patter of the rain drops on the tin roof of my back patio was all the incentive yours truly needed to take a snooze!
