I got a phone call from my sister today, letting me know that she only just received the birthday card I mailed to her daughter.

I sent it out WEEKS ago.

The irregularity of the mail between Orlando and Charleston never ceases to amaze me.

Sometimes, she gets stuff in 1 or 2 days. And, sometimes it takes weeks.

What gives? Anyone? Anyone?
