Staging Barefoot Trace Condo

Took my "in-house staging crew" up to St. Augustine this morning to work on the new condo, and really got a lot done.

We're hoping the improvements we make this weekend will increase the unit's marketability, both in terms of attacting short-term rentals and possible re-sale.

Ironically, the unit immediately below ours was having an open-house. We couldn't resist being nosey. Saw some interesting modifications that might or might not work in ours. But, the asking price was what floored me. Looks like we're already ahead of the game . . . if they get anything close to their asking price.

News flash: The realtor hosting the open-house told us that the unit next door to ours will be having an open-house next weekend. Hmmmm.
