Happy Easter!

Why does this blog seem to revolve around food?!

I know that's not what Easter is about, so don't even start with the emails.

But, I still have to tell you about the meal my mom threw together.

We had a great ham, roasted potatoes (which I promptly smashed into an invention all my own), buttered baby carrots, and broccoli with cheese.

Can't go wrong with that, can you?!

Made the drive back to Apopka this afternoon, encountering no traffic whatsoever, just loving everything about Florida living for some reason.

Nothing like a great, long weekend to give you the right attitude about things . . .
